Experience as a Sales Professional / Senior Sales Manager in an international B2B environment;, Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers;, Industry knowledge in logistics / supply chain, preferably in the area of TMS or 4PL services ;, Experience in customer relationship management (KAM), especially in the SME sector;, Extensive network of contacts in Poland and relationships with potential customers;, Language skills: very good command of Polish, German, and English;, Willingness to travel on business., Experience in building and managing a network of partners;, Knowledge of the SaaS sales model and subscription systems;, Understanding of IT processes and technological solutions in Logistics.
