Your tasks

As Territory Sales Manager for postal code areas 0, 1, 2, and 3, you are the CEO of your own territory. You take end-to-end responsibility for the entire sales cycle and drive our growth in the upper mid-market and public sector.

Your responsibilities:

  • Hunter & Deal Maker: You will independently identify new pipeline opportunities and design creative outreach campaigns. You don't wait for leads, you generate them.
  • End-to-end ownership: From the initial discovery call to F2F meetings to price negotiation and closing, you will steer the process.
  • Strategic Account Management: For larger accounts, you create detailed account plans, develop winning strategies, and present customized offers.
  • Orchestration: You work closely with pre-sales, internal teams, and management to perfectly position SEP's value proposition and design onboarding plans.
  • Excellence: Accurate forecasting and structured pipeline maintenance are a matter of course for you.

As Sales Operations Manager at SEP, you are the backbone of our sales team. You create the structural conditions for our success, optimize our sales processes, and ensure that data is turned into real insights. You work closely with our VP of Sales and play a crucial role in scaling our sales activities.Your responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Core: You will be responsible for the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and administration of Salesforce, as well as the design of efficient processes.
  • Sales Tech Stack: You will select and administer innovative sales intelligence, engagement, and enablement solutions (e.g., Outreach, Zoominfo).
  • Data & Analytics: You will create meaningful reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI to make performance measurable.
  • Performance Management: You will be responsible for the accurate commission calculation for the sales team.
  • Governance & Forecasting: Together with the VP Sales, you will ensure compliance with processes and high forecast accuracy.
  • Operations & Administration: You will assist with order processing and take on ad hoc tasks in the sales operations environment.

As a working student in marketing at SEP, you will support our team in implementing our content and marketing strategy. You will contribute to blog articles, LinkedIn posts, webinars, and campaigns, helping us make our topics around data security, backup, and digital sovereignty more visible. At the same time, you will gain insights into modern B2B marketing for software companies and actively contribute your own ideas.Your responsibilities You will support our marketing team in implementing our marketing activities and take on tasks such as:

# Supporting the planning and execution of our LinkedIn activities, including LinkedIn posts and short video formats

# Preparing and providing organizational support for webinars and online events

# Maintaining and updating content on our website

Your profile

What makes you stand out:

We are looking for an intrinsically motivated individual with a genuine hunter mentality who works quickly and independently.

  • Experience: Several years of experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in a start-up/scale-up environment. You know how to sell to IT departments.
  • Market knowledge: Proven success in sales to upper mid-market companies and the public sector (government agencies, public institutions).
  • Methodology: You don't sell based on gut feeling, but use methodologies such as Challenger Sales, Value Based Selling, or Miller-Heiman. You are experienced in longer sales cycles.
  • Tool stack (must-have): You are a pro at using sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach) and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo).
  • Industry knowledge: Experience with backup & recovery software is a plus, but not a must.
  • Language: Business fluent German and very good English.
  • What makes you stand out:
  • Salesforce expert: You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration.
  • Tool stack: You are familiar with modern tools such as Outreach.io, Zoominfo, 6Sense, or comparable solutions.
  • Affinity for numbers: You have solid experience with dashboards, reporting, and ideally Power BI.
  • Industry experience: You have already worked in start-ups, scale-ups, or medium-sized companies-ideally within the software industry.
  • Hands-on mentality: You work in a structured and committed manner and show a high degree of initiative.
  • Presence: You value personal interaction and are willing to work primarily from our office in Holzkirchen.
