Sales Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Department of suspension systems before being part of a group of Delphi - the world's leading supplier of automotive technology, from 1 November 2009 is part of BWI's Group. Functioning since 2000 in Technical Centre in Krakow - a modern R & D center, we currently employ over 300 people. We design and implement the manufacture of passive and active suspensions for leading automobile manufacturers. Production and R & D centers belonging to the BWI Group are located among others in North America, Asia and Europe. Krosno Plant is our largest factory employing more than 1,200 employees.

BWI Group is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join our Suspension Division at the Technical Center in Kraków to support new business pursuits with German OEMs.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent BWI engineering at OEM technical center locations
• Work closely with the suspension engineering departments of German OEMs to understand their needs and challenges related to new launches
• Present BWI technical solutions to address those needs
• Identify development directions based on customer input
• Communicate ideas, plans, and results effectively through presentations and written reports
• Maintain state of the art knowledge of passive and controlled damper suspension systems
• Participate in simultaneous engineering and design for manufacturing activities
• Frequent business travel, including trips to Munich, Ingolstadt, Stuttgart, Wolfsburg and Kraków
• Ability to build long‑term relationships
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset

Required Qualifications

• German native speaker
• Extensive experience in automotive suspension design (passive/controlled dampers and air springs)
• Proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• 100 % remote
