Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who will take ownership of end‑to‑end development activities within an Agile framework. This role includes advanced configuration, customization, and development for Salesforce Experience Cloud, ensuring scalable and high‑quality technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and develop complex solutions in Salesforce using declarative and advanced programmatic capabilitiesBuild highly customized Experience Cloud/Community Cloud applications using LWC, Aura Components, APIs, Custom Objects, and automation tools in alignment with Salesforce best practicesLead or actively contribute to solution walk‑throughs, demos, and technical discussionsEnsure alignment with Agile methodologies and uphold technical and architectural standards across the teamPerform and lead design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities to identify and address defects throughout the development lifecycleRequirements5+ years of professional experience developing in Salesforce Experience Cloud Strong experience creating custom community interfaces using Experience Builder, Lightning App Builder, Aura Components, and LWCProficiency in Apex (classes, triggers) and programmatic automation frameworksExtensive knowledge of declarative tools: Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflows, Reports & DashboardsSolid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and management, including SOQL and Data LoaderDeep knowledge of Salesforce security architecture: OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing RulesStrong understanding of scalable Salesforce solution architecture and best practicesExperience building integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web service technologiesPractical experience working in Scrum/Agile development teamsFluency in English and PolishNice to haveHands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React)Salesforce certifications such as: Platform App Builder, Platform DeveloperWhat’s in it for you?Join for a role, stay for the development: More than 40% of our team is working with us longer than 5 years.
