THE WORK:

• Developing, extending, and maintaining components across the Salesforce Marketing Automation ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Marketing Cloud Personalization
• Building and maintaining emails, data extensions, journeys, automations, and SQL-driven data models, with a strong focus on data processing, personalization logic, and automation reliability
• Providing daily technical support, including platform monitoring, troubleshooting data flows, resolving automation failures, and addressing performance or security issues
• Designing and implementing custom activities and processes
• Implementing components that support business use cases based on Salesforce platforms

Requirements

• Active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week with the potential for full-time hours over the next 6 months
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to gain experience with Salesforce technology (programming, configuration, integration)
• Initial experience in project work and/or working with IT systems (especially CRM/MarTech systems)
• Front-end technologies (jQuery, HTML, CSS), JavaScript, SQL, or other technologies
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control
• Experience with Salesforce clouds/modules is a big plus
• CRM: Beginner level.
• JavaScript: Beginner level.
• SQL: Beginner level.
