About the project

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional documentation, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the design of Salesforce solutions together with developers and architects.
• Analyze business processes (e.g., sales or service workflows) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for Salesforce features.
• Validate automations, integrations, and data mappings before release.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.

Employer requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and user story creation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations such as Flows, validation rules, and approvals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, agile teams.

Optional

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, order management, or billing solutions.
• Background in B2B or complex enterprise environments.
• Salesforce certifications (BA, Administrator, or Consultant).
