SAP Basis/BTP Manager

Oversee all SAP Basis/SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) activitiesRelationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure alignment across all departments and vendors to facilitate the effective administration of SAP systemsSales Support: Participate in the preparation of client proposals and statements of work for SAP projectsSolution Design: Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to design effective, high-performance technical solutions in the SAP Basis/BTP areasProject Management: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the SAP Activate project methodology, from initial requirements gathering and development to deployment and post-production supportTechnical Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of SAP Basis and SAP BTP. Ensure the team adheres to SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines. Oversee the upgrade, installation, and configuration of SAP systemsSAP Basis/BTP Administration: Lead the administration, maintenance, and performance tuning of SAP landscapes. Ensure efficient, secure, and stable configurations across all platformsTroubleshooting: Leverage your comprehensive SAP Basis and BTP knowledge to promptly identify, analyze, and resolve application issues. Guide your team in swift and effective troubleshooting and problem-solvingCompliance: Ensure system and data compliance with company policies, procedures, and protocols.
