SAP BASIS Junior Consultant

Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a dedicated SAP BASIS Junior Consultant with 2–5 years of experience, particularly having a minimum of 3 years in core BASIS administration. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SAP fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining optimal system performance. This position will provide hands-on experience in managing SAP environments and deliver essential technical support under senior supervision.Main Responsibilities:As an SAP BASIS Junior Consultant, your core duties will involve supporting day-to-day operations of SAP systems. Key responsibilities include:• Conducting system refreshes and monitoring system performance.• Handling L1/L2 incidents with professionalism and efficiency.• Executing basic troubleshooting across OS, Database, and SAP levels.• Providing shift coverage and escalation support as needed.• Collaborating with and learning from senior team members for personal and professional growth.Key Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.• Proficiency in BAU activities including monitoring and patching.• Experience in incident handling (L1/L2 levels).• Basic troubleshooting skills relevant to OS, DB, and SAP environments.• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow guidance from senior colleagues.Nice to Have:• Familiarity with advanced SAP technologies and tools.• Knowledge of SAP system landscapes and architecture.• Experience in other SAP modules or related technologies.Other Details:This role is designed for professionals looking to enhance their careers in SAP BASIS within a dynamic environment.
