SAP CAP Node.js Developer

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend applications using Node.js and SAP BTP/CAP
• Work with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment, e.g configure and maintain services
• Contribute to the overall software development life-cycle, including requirements gathering/analysis, design, development, release/version control, testing, deployment, and support
• Be a part of an agile-based and globally distributed team

Requirements

Required skills:

• Strong Node.js development skills with 4+ years of experience
• Experience in web services creation (REST)
• Experience using Express Framework
• Familiarity with project management and version control systems (Jira, Git, etc.)
• Experience in working with SQL databases
• Understanding of OOP and OOAD principles, software best practices (design and architectural patterns), data structures, algorithms, databases and networks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English: B2+

Nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
