Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- 4+ years with experience round finance and GL, interfaces, integration to SD/MM,
- Knowledge of finance processes within global organization,
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in: finance, accounting, IT, economics or business,
- High communication skills (in both technical and user-friendly language),
- Customer-service and quality oriented,
- Can prioritize and execute tasks based on the dependencies and deadline.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to SAP FI-CO and SD end users – 1st and 2nd and 3rd line to around 30 countries,
- Troubleshooting and fixing problems in SAP,
- Testing new features in SAP,
- Creating and improving internal SAP manuals, procedures and processes,
- Working closely with SAP Development Team and SAP users,
- Bridging the gap across time zones,
- Providing high quality level of customer service in terms of the services provided.
