SAP MM Analyst -  Business Analyst - Portugal (Hybrid Remote)

Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAct as a Business Analyst for SAP MM, gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.Design, configure, and support SAP MM processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Vendor Master, and Material Master.Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve procurement, warehouse, and logistics processes.Work closely with SAP FI, SD, PP, PM, and WM/EWM teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or system upgrades.Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and contribute to solution design decisions.Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and test scenarios.Support UAT, integration testing, and cutover activities.Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and best practices.Requirements6+ years of experience as an SAP MM Analyst / Business Analyst.Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics.Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.Solid understanding of integration points with FI (AP), SD, PP, PM, and WM/EWM.Experience in business process analysis and requirements management.Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.Ability to work with both business and technical teams in an international environment.Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English.
