Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / FlexibleContract Type: B2BWork Model: 100% RemoteAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.The position requires strong SAP project delivery expertise, ideally across both ECC and S/4HANA environments, as well as the ability to manage complex dependencies between business and technical workstreams. A key focus of the role will be cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth and controlled transition to live operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full lifecycle of an SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projectEnsure delivery in line with agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectivesManage governance, project planning, risk, and dependencies across multiple workstreamsTake ownership of cutover activities, including:Cutover strategy definitionPlanning and execution of mock cutoversGo-live readiness assessmentGo-live execution and transition to hypercareCoordinate closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparencyEnsure a stable handover to post go-live support and hypercare teamsRequirementsProven experience delivering SAP projects, preferably ECC to S/4HANA migrationsStrong project management background in complex, enterprise SAP landscapesHands-on experience acting as Cutover Manager or owning cutover workstreams within SAP migration programs (strongly preferred)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery under tight timelinesBenefitsMedicover healthcareMultisport cardAccess to an e-learning platformGroup life insurance
