SAP Project Manger/ IT Delivery Lead

Requirements

• Min. 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, including SAP
• Experience in SAP transformation projects (migrations, upgrades, integrations), with SAP S/4HANA as a plus
• Strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution skills
• Good understanding of SAP integrations and basic knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and IT security
• Experience working with international and cross-functional teams
• Very good command of English (min. C1)

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and hosting strategies
• Experience in global SAP rollouts
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO module
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Very good command of German

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives (S/4Hana, migration, upgrades, integrations)
• Oversee SAP integration with external and enterprise systems
• ensure alignment with infrastructure, networking, and sercirity standards
• coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors) and ensure delivery governance
• strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
