SAP Solution Consultant - FSM connector (Wrocław)

About the role: As a Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and enhancing proaxia Cloud Connector, partnering with customers, implementation partners, and internal development teams. You will take ownership of functional areas, lead workshops, drive requirements, and contribute directly to the product roadmap. This role suits consultants with hands on SAP or integration experience who are ready to take responsibility for functional design and customer-facing engagements.Key responsibilitiesLead analysis of customer business processes and gather requirements.Own functional design for assigned areas of the FSM Connector.Specify new product features and collaborate directly with developers, QA, and Product Owner.Conduct workshops, demos, and training for customers and partners.Create and review functional documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness.Participate in backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and design discussions.Ensure solution quality throughout the release cycle, including regression and integration topics.Your profile1–3 years of experience with SAP or enterprise business systems (e.g., SD/CS/PM, FSM, CRM, integrations).Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system behaviour.Experience with functional specifications or solution design.Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, OData, IDoc, file interfaces) is an advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills in customer-facing scenarios.Ability to work independently and take ownership of solution areas.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Team player who collaborates effectively across product, development, and support teams.English at B2+; German is an asset.What we offerEngaging work with experts from proaxia and SAP.Comprehensive onboarding and continuous competence development.Opportunity to become an SAP FSM expert (including certification).Work with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, web and mobile solutions.Training in ABAP fundamentals to support functional–technical collaboration.Hybrid work model (Wrocław).Private medical care, life insurance, and MyBenefit cafeteria platform.Friendly, supportive team culture and regular integration events.Did we catch your interest?
