Senior AI/ML Software Engineer – Financial Technologies

5+ years of experience in senior engineering roles, leading technical projects and mentoring teams., Deep expertise in Python and its ML/AI ecosystem; familiarity with Java is a plus., Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL), vector databases, KV stores (Redis), and pub/sub systems., Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, observability, and concurrency models., Proven hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and designing agentic architectures., In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and experimentation with LLMs., Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP, containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps., Commitment to engineering best practices like TDD and BDD., Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders at all levels., Certifications or experience in advanced AI/ML methodologies.
