Your responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Technology Register within the bank
• Manage and support Software Asset Lifecycle Management processes
• Define and implement governance models, standards, and work instructions
• Collaborate closely with application owners, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Ensure accurate technology reporting and insights using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Flexera solutions

Our requirements

• Experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management (SALM)
• Proven experience in setting up and maintaining a Technology Register within a banking or enterprise environment
• Experience in establishing governance models and work instructions for sustainable IT solutions
• Hands-on experience working with stakeholders, application owners, and cross-functional teams
• Experience in technology reporting and analysis
• Professional experience working in English (oral and written)
• Solid understanding of IT architecture principles
• Knowledge of software development processes and IT governance
• Familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM) and lifecycle governance
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and technology documentation
• Understanding of banking or regulated environments (governance-driven organizations)

Optional

• Competence in FlexNet Manager Suite and/or Flexera Data Platform
• Additional experience in Software Asset Management and lifecycle processes
• Skills in Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Strong proficiency in Excel
