Senior Backend Typescript Developer– Node.js / AWS (f/m)

Work closely with the system architect to drive platform evolution and long-term technical decisions
Actively contribute to development, architecture discussions, and code quality initiatives
Define and plan technical work in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
Promote engineering excellence: clean code, peer reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD
Provide mentoring, support, and guidance to team members

5+ years of backend development experience with strong hands-on skills in Node.js and TypeScript
Deep expertise in AWS, with focus on: Load Balancer (ALB/NLB) management, AWS WAF setup and operations, Security and scalability in cloud-native applications
Production experience with MongoDB
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and complex backend integrations
Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Excellent communication skills in English — written and spoken — to work effectively in international teams
Proactive, structured, and able to drive initiatives independently
