Senior Business Analyst

What would you do as a Senior Business Analyst?Participate in business change requests, system developments projects within the Investor Services Portfolio Management & Change Governance teamPerform process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational needsAnalyse data and create meaningful management metrics and data insightsDeliver business requirements, prepare testing plans and execute/oversee testingCo-operate closely with business stakeholders in hand with our Product, Technology partners and our clients,  whilst ensuring the right infrastructure to align our vision and strategic goalsTake proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation & projects riskChallenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation in coming up with solutionsPerform root cause analysis of common operational problems What do you need to become our Senior Business Analyst?Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, experience of delivering change within the Fund Services or Custody industry an advantageTranslate business needs into technical diagrams, flows and well captured functional requirementsUse business knowledge to propose and partner with delivery of appropriate management metrics, views and analyticsHands on experience of reporting & dashboard creation and configuration using Business Intelligence tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense)Data analysis and data literacy skills with ability to work with large datasets/databases.
