Senior Business Analyst - RFI and RFP processes (M/F/D)

Lead and manage complete RFI and RFP processes, from preparation to vendor evaluation and final selection.
Conduct market analysis, including solution landscape insights, vendor capability assessment, and competitive comparisons.
Develop RFI/RFP documentation, including requirements lists, evaluation criteria, and scoring models.
Facilitate vendor presentations, Q&A sessions, and technical/functional deep dives.
Provide structured recommendations supporting vendor selection decisions.
Ensure alignment between business needs, solution capabilities, and commercial considerations.
Ensure adherence to IT and project governance standards.
Contribute to improving governance frameworks, templates, and processes.
Support project teams in documenting solution scope, business cases, process flows, and operational readiness materials.

A detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy in requirements, analysis, and governance documentation.
Strong communication and facilitation skills for interacting across business and technical domains.
Analytical abilities to interpret data and support informed decision-making.
