Senior Business Analyst with Scrum Master skills (f/m/x)

Bridge business teams and technical groups to ensure clear, accurate requirements
Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
Develop or support automated data lineage solutions for better visibility and governance
Use generative AI and analytics to automate workflows and extract insights
Investigate data quality problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
Create clear dashboards, reports, and business-friendly explanations of technical concepts

Strong knowledge of the banking sector, preferably credits & lending
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the business analysis area
Good understanding of Scrum methodology and Scrum Master role
Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Advanced data analysis skills
Experience in working with AI tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams
Very good command of the English language
