Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer – Identity & Access Management

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM components, policies, connectors, microservices, and integrations to enable seamless and secure deployments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Ansible to automate deployment and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
Implement automation scripts for account lifecycle operations, access provisioning, and system integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
Manage containerized IAM workloads on Kubernetes, including service mesh, secrets, and certificates, ensuring secure and scalable operations.
Embed security best practices into the build and deployment processes, conducting vulnerability scans and secrets detection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and deployment of IAM solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of pipelines, IaC, deployment patterns, and operational procedures.
Support regional deployments, data residency requirements, and failover strategies to ensure high availability and compliance.

Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related fields within global enterprises.
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GCP), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, GKE).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and build management.
Knowledge of Security and IAM practices, including Privileged Access Management and Zero Trust security models.
Familiarity with Data streaming platforms like Kafka, schema registry, Neo4j, and observability tools.
Strong scripting skills and experience with platform security, network security, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams, managing workload effectively in Jira.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English (spoken and written).

Certifications in cloud platforms, DevSecOps, or Security.
Experience with GDS/APOC, GKE Operations, and regional deployment considerations.
