Twój zakres obowiązków

• Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling product and UX content for Peloton's web experiences.
• Partner closely with Product Designers as an equal collaborator (50/50 partnership) in shaping user journeys.
• Influence the content strategy and user experience across the web acquisition platform.
• Lead content design processes end-to-end - from content audits and messaging frameworks to high-fidelity design solutions.
• Create user-centric messaging aligned with business goals, user needs, and brand voice.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Marketing, Localization, and Legal teams.
• Present content strategies and design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to and evolve content style guidelines and best practices.

Wymagania pracodawcy

• 6+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy in a consumer technology or product environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem solving, and content strategy.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design processes.
• Experience crafting content frameworks, flows, and messaging strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and product teams.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Expert-level English (C2) - including strong presentation and storytelling skills.
