Senior Cybersecurity Business Analyst – Transformation Projects

Gather and analyze complex business and technical requirements to support cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and cybersecurity teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Support the design and implementation of cyber security process improvements, technology integrations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Analyze cybersecurity data, including risk assessments and threat intelligence, to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
Document current processes, design future workflows, and assist in streamlining cybersecurity operations.
Aid in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process maps, use cases, and stakeholder presentations.
Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams, providing updates and strategic recommendations.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity projects.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity transformation domains such as cloud security, identity management, or incident response.
Experience working on projects involving third-party security reviews and vendor assessments in financial settings.
Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Language(s): Fluent English (spoken and written).
