This role exists to turn payment data into decisions that improve conversion, reliability, and business outcomes.You’ll help us scale and optimize our payments ecosystem by owning analytics across deposits, withdrawals, PSP performance, and payment experiments — from problem framing to stakeholder-ready insights.What you’ll drive:Strategy & outcomesOwn core Payments KPIs and ensure metric consistency across teams (single source of truth).Identify the biggest levers in deposit and withdrawal funnels and quantify their business impact.Translate payment performance signals into clear priorities and recommendations.Discovery & decisionsPartner with Payments Product Managers to shape hypotheses, define success criteria, and select the right metrics and guardrails.Run deep-dive analyses on approval rates, decline reasons, PSP performance, and payment method mix.Evaluate trade-offs between conversion, revenue, and risk using data-backed narratives.Delivery & executionAnalyze payment experiments and changes (A/B tests, phased rollouts, pre/post analysis).Build reliable analytical datasets and marts using advanced SQL.Deliver clear, decision-ready insights with expected impact — not just charts.BI & self-serviceLead Payments BI development in Tableau: dashboards, reporting layers, and definitions.Enable self-service analytics for product and payments stakeholders.Maintain data quality and trust in reporting.Stakeholder partnershipWork closely with Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations teams.Communicate complex findings in a simple, structured way — tailored to the audience.Be the go-to analytics partner for payments-related questions and decisions.What makes you a GR8 fit:Must-have4+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in a product environment (payments or fintech strongly preferred).Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance optimization, analytical datasets).Strong understanding of payments metrics and drivers: approval and success rates, decline reasons, funnels, PSP performance, chargebacks, refunds.Proven experience partnering with Product and Payments stakeholders end-to-end (hypotheses → metrics → insights → decisions).Strong BI skills (Tableau preferred) and experience building scalable dashboards.Confident Excel / Google Sheets skills (models, scenarios, structured reporting).Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation (significance, bias, segmentation).English: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken and written).Nice-to-haveHands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment governance.Python for analysis or automation (pandas, numpy, matplotlib / plotly).Experience working with high-volume transactional data.Why you’ll love working here: Benefits Cafeteria — annual budget you allocate to:Sports • Medical • Mental health • Home office • Languages.Work-life & supportPaid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.Remote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.Team events (online/offline/offsite).Learning culture with internal courses + growth programs.Our culture & core values:GR8 Tech culture is how we win — through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
