You won't just be drawing diagrams; you will be the primary architect and implementer of a new Data Warehouse ecosystem, ensuring it scales to meet the demands of advanced analytics and business automation.Engagement DetailsRate: 200-230 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B).Start Date: Immediate start preferredDuration: 7 – 12 monthsLanguage: English B2/C1Working Hours: Standard business hours (9:00–17:00 / 10:00–18:00).ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of a Kimball Data Model for a brand-new Data Warehouse.ETL Leadership: Own the end-to-end ETL design and development process.Core Implementation: Design and implement Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), analytical layers, and intermediate data structures.Proof of Concept (PoC): Build and demonstrate a full-stack PoC including the DWH layer, ETL processes, and the Analysis Engine.Query Optimization: Construct a robust query building layer to support reporting and downstream analytics.AI Integration: Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and ensure code quality.RequirementsHands-on Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehouses (including the infrastructure layer).Data Modeling: Mastery of Kimball Data Modeling and relational database design.Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and hands-on ETL development.SCD Design: Deep understanding of SCD types and their practical implementation in high-scale environments.Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-value stories for stakeholders.Soft Skills: High proactivity, a 'builder' mindset, and the ability to work autonomously.
