Senior Data Architect

PROJECT INFORMATION:Industry: PharmaceuticalWork model: hybrid in Warsaw (1/month)Remuneration: approx. 50 EUR/h netto + VAT (B2B) (but we are open for other rates)Start: ASAPSummary:The main function of the Senior Data Architect role is to drive the digital transformation initiatives by developing and managing analytical solutions, ensuring that data-driven decision-making is enabled throughout the organization.Responsibilities:Own & lead technical implementation and management of well-integrated, enriched, and reusable data models and analytics products.Collect and manage data requirements from data consumers and translate them into technical concepts, considering re-usability & cost efficiency.Define and apply best-practice data management and quality assurance processes while enhancing implementation frameworks based on needs.Collaborate with various stakeholders—including data architects, analytics leads, and data scientists—to ensure sustainable pipelines and analytical products.Work with business functions and IT teams to ensure the delivery aligns with business priorities.Lead the integration of data sources to develop globally harmonized data models & KPIs.Steer teams of data and BI engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and proper testing.Contribute to best-practice exchanges and continuous enhancement of the data analytics technology stack.Key Requirements:Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.5+ years of working experience in Data & Analytics, preferably in the CPG industry.Excellent data architecture & technology knowledge with skills in Spark-based data processing solutions.Proficient in data modeling techniques and mentoring data engineers.Profound knowledge in reporting solutions (Tableau, PowerBI) and data management.Experience with GitHub ecosystem and CI/CD practices.Fluent in English, with good interpersonal and communication skills.Nice to Have:Experience in cloud solutions like Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.Knowledge of commercial domain data (CRM, eComm, Sell-Out).Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Other Details:Location: Digital Hub WarsawTeam: Part of a dynamic team focused on digital transformation.Collaboration: Extensive interaction with stakeholders and vendors.
