designing and implementing data models and architectures that support financial data management
developing and maintaining ETL processes to integrate data from diverse sources, including market data feeds, customer information systems, and transactional databases
ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
collaborating with business owners, data analysts and scientists, software engineers, and DevOps specialists to support the development of predictive models and business intelligence tools
optimizing data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
working in an international Scrum team

fluency in English
good knowledge of Azure Databricks
strong SQL skills
knowledge of ETL processes/programming
great communication skills, being an open-minded person who is not afraid of challenges
at least five years of experience using PySpark and Python with API framework (FastAPI)
monitoring & Automation: Dynatrace (or similar tools), System Automation
knowledge of methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
strong software engineering basics like dev tooling (IDE, Git, Docker), code quality mindset and testing
data modeling for efficient interactive use-cases
ability and willingness to quickly learn new (and old) technologies
willingness to travel internationally
