Senior Data Engineer (Python / Snowflake)

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures
• Develop and optimize ETL / ELT processes for integrating data from multiple sources
• Build and manage data warehouse solutions based on Snowflake
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across the data platform
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data-driven products and insights
• Optimize data processing workflows and improve performance of data pipelines
• Design and implement data services and APIs enabling data access across systems
• Continuously evaluate and introduce tools that improve the data engineering ecosystem

Our requirements

• Proven experience working as a Data Engineer or Senior Data Engineer
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern data warehouse
• Experience building ETL / ELT pipelines
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language such as Scala or Java
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Apache Flink
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP also acceptable)
• Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Optional

• Experience with Databricks or distributed compute platforms
• Experience designing data APIs or microservices
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience working in cross-functional data teams
