Senior Data Engineer (Remote – Poland) / HX2/E

Dear Consultant,We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a Data Ingestion & Data Product Factory team, working on near real-time data pipelines and enterprise-grade data products used across multiple business functions.The role involves close collaboration with Technical Leads, Product Owners, and cross-functional engineering teams, with strong emphasis on stability, performance, and scalability. Send CV to ([email protected])Key Responsibilities Design, build, and enhance near real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines Develop resilient, fault-tolerant, modular data processing code Contribute to architecture and design sessions with focus on performance and traceability Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and services Support the full lifecycle: Ingestion → Consumption → Activation Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery of data products Research and implement improvements to data engineering practices and tooling Produce clear technical documentation and reporting Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Senior Data Engineer Hands-on experience with: Data ingestion frameworks (near real-time & batch) Python SQL Distributed data processing (e.g. Spark) Experience building high-availability, fault-tolerant data pipelines Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with cloud-based data platforms Exposure to data product / data mesh concepts Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms
