Your responsibilities

• Establish and drive data governance program, including policies, standards, and frameworks that win business buy-in
• Supporting the Account in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processes
• Lead Master Data Management strategy and oversee critical data flows
• Build a mature Data Stewardship program and democratize data knowledge across the organization
• Partner with IT, BI, and business leaders to solve complex data challenges
• Advise clients on governance best practices for their entire data landscape
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions regarding data quality and processes,
• Create Data Dictionaries and other metadata and processes documentation to bring clarity to complexity

Our requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise data governance/management across multiple systems
• Strong client relationship management and business analysis experience
• Deep knowledge of data lifecycle, governance frameworks, and database management
• Fluent English with executive presence
• Strategic influencer who gains buy-in and drives change at all organizational levels
• Trusted advisor with exceptional listening, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Self-motivated leader with strong ownership and independent thinking
• Technical translator who bridges data complexity with business-friendly communication
• Familiar with Tableau/PowerBI and SQL (business user), advanced Excel

About the Role

• Lead data governance for a major global consumer goods client and build enterprise frameworks that transform how data drives business decisions. You'll reduce organizational risk, establish best practices, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• As a senior member of JLL Technologies' Data Governance team, you'll shape data strategy and work directly with both internal teams and external clients to create lasting impact.
