Senior Data Scientist

You have experience in analyzing CRM data as well as sales or marketing campaigns, You are skilled in working with large data sets and interpreting analytical results, You are familiar with key concepts such as customer segmentation, sales funnel, customer journey, CLV, and retention, You have a very good knowledge of analytical and CRM tools (e.g. Campaign Manager, Salesforce), You are able to translate data insights into clear and actionable business recommendations, You demonstrate a high level of independence, accuracy, and strong sales-oriented mindset, You are open to a project-based contract of approximately 18 months and are fluent in both Polish and English, Experience in the insurance industry
