Senior Delivery Manager – Public and utilities sectors (f/m/x)

Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications, Minimum 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT projects at the enterprise level, with a special focus on public and utilities sectors, Experience in managing both software implementation and software maintenance projects, Good understanding of SDLC and cloud computing, Extensive experience in managing fixed price projects, Competency confirmed by certificates: PRINCE/PMP/ITIL, Ability to apply the appropriate approach to project portfolio management (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid), Knowledge of public procurement law and experience participating in public tenders, Familiarity with negotiation techniques, Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes, Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people, Very good command of English and Polish, Residing in Poland required
