Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or finance roles, including proven experience in managing and developing teams., Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics ideally supported by relevant certifications., Good command of English, both spoken and written., Experience with SAP and complex financial models (Excel-based)., Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders., Collaborative approach with ability to work across an organization to resolve issues., Nice to have: prior experience in FMCG/CPG; exposure to dynamic BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); training in Accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).
