Tasks

• Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems with requirements from the industrial and automotive sectors
• Development of software architecture in coordination with other departments
• Independent technical management of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality
• Organization and implementation of reviews and approval of new software releases
• Technical management and further development of software team members
• Active introduction of new methods and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
• Several years of experience in the field of firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
• Experience in the implementation of safety-critical software in the industrial and/or automotive environment (ISO26262, IEC61508)
• Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strongly solution-oriented approach
• Strong team and communication skills
• Independent, systematic, and self-reliant way of working
