Senior FP&A Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)., 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis or a similar analytical role, preferably in an international environment., Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling concepts., Experience working with financial data and large datasets to support analysis and reporting., Exposure to financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan or similar planning/reporting tools., Practical experience with BI or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage., Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) and their interdependencies., Fluent English (spoken and written)., Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity to understand business drivers behind financial results., Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-growing environment., Experience in fintech, payments or technology-driven sectors is a plus, as is previous exposure to Shared Service Center / Center of Excellence environments.
