Senior Fullstack Developer

We are recruiting for an established technology company specializing in industrial automation and motion control systems. The company develops advanced software solutions used in both web and desktop applications and focuses on modern engineering standards and high-quality development practices.In this role, you will be responsible for developing software supporting motion control systems, as well as designing system architecture, creating documentation, and integrating system components. The work covers the full development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and implementation to testing and maintenance.Key responsibilities:Analyze, gather, and document technical requirements for features and their componentsCo-create system architecture and designs that meet the project requirementsEstimate project work while considering trade-offs between requirements, cost, speed, and reliabilityCreate and execute comprehensive unit test plans; analyze, debug, and resolve anomaliesLead component integration and solve issues across subsystemsIdeal candidate profile:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScriptStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with at least one OOP language: C++ / C# / Java / PythonKnowledge of cloud technologiesEnglish at a minimum B2 levelExperience using AI tools to enhance engineering efficiency is a strong plusConditions:B2B contractSalary: 130–150 PLN net/hHybrid work model - 3 days per week in KatowiceBenefits: private medical care, life insurance, Multisport cardRecruitment steps:Phone call with Recruiter (20 - 30 min.)Technical verification call by the clientInterview with the clientFeedback and decision
