Fluent in English, Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field., 5+ years of experience in hardware development for power electronics., Strong experience in:, Designing power converters for traction and industrial applications, Working with IGBT and SiC‑MOSFET switching technologies, Schematic capture and PCB layout using tools such as Altium, Eagle, or Mentor, Power‑electronics modeling and simulation in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE, High‑voltage measurement techniques and laboratory testing, EMC experience is a strong plus, German is an asset
