Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Introduction & Summary:This position requires a project management professional adept at overseeing complex security and regulatory projects in a challenging environment. Candidates must possess strong collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively with various stakeholders. A technical expertise in IT infrastructure, alongside PMP certification, is essential for facilitating project scope and ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects.Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.Assist in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan for sharing with clients and staff members.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.Measure project performance to analyze completion of goals.Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.Implement adequate governance with all stakeholders.Key Requirements:Expertise on security and regulatory projects in a complex environment.Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders and governance.Strong organizational skills for managing complex schedules and milestones.Coordination of operational teams on a global scale.Experience in preparation and coordination of production operations.Consulting expertise.Technical expertise in conducting architecture workshops on IT infrastructure issues.Client-facing expertise.Proficiency in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.PMP certification.Nice to Have:Experience with additional project management methodologies.Familiarity with agile project management.Experience in IT infrastructure beyond core responsibilities.
