Claim Center - with responsibility of preparing analysis of the Claim Center functionalities like FNOL, exposure/reserve creation, integration with external systems to exchange information about required services, analysis related to documents production, claim payments.2. Billing Center - with responsibility of preparing analysis based on gathered requirements for such key business process like: invoicing, agency/direct bill, payment allocation, delinquency, refunds, account billing, integration with payment providers, integration with General ledger, integration with documents production system, multicurrency.3.
