Senior IT Service Architect with German (w/m/d) - Workplace

Zakres obowiązków Analyse and understand customer requirements, including RfPs, and translate them into complete, end‑to‑end service and solution designs Develop efficient, innovative, and low-risk solutions for IT managed services tenders covering technological, operational, and commercial dimensions Prepare cost calculations, service models, and effort estimations for proposed solutions Present and explain service designs to customers at decision‑making level and support contract negotiations with confidence and expertise Design solutions in close collaboration with sales teams, partners, and service units to ensure cohesive, high‑quality outcomes and contribute to overall success Support the creation of proposal content, including contributing to written proposal texts and preparing presentation materials as part of the bid process Create documentation and requirements for Transition & Transformation and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams to ensure goal‑oriented project progress and high‑quality proposal output Wymagania Advanced proficiency in English and German (minimum C1 level) At least 5 years of professional experience in in the workplace and remote service environment in IT managed services solution design Solid expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, as well as tools for managing client environments Excellent MS Excel skills Experience in creating client virtualization architectures or service desk–related solutions Practical involvement in pre‑sales activities, designing IT services, and supporting transition and implementation projects Experience with calculation and modelling of managed services/operations Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and established project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Prince2) Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and a collaborative mindset Readiness for occasional business travel within Europe Oferujemy Opportunity to work in a multinational, collaborative team environment, engaging with colleagues and customers across various countries and industries Opportunities for professional development within a global team environment, including growth across seniority level development Employment stability through a permanent employment contract Annual performance‑based bonus Remote work from anywhere in Poland Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care and a flexible cafeteria system Access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), offering expert consultations and wellbeing support Opportunities to participate in charity, community, and company‑wide initiatives, including events organized through the CharitaCenter Additional day off to celebrate your birthday Access to language courses and self‑learning platform (Udemy)
