Senior/Lead QA with French (Insurance)Domain: Insurance100% REMOTE WORKB2B via ExperisB2B rate: 160-180 PLN netto+VAT/hFull-time job About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead QA Engineer with strong French language skills and a solid background in the insurance domain. In this role, you will take ownership of quality assurance processes, lead testing activities, collaborate closely with French‑speaking business stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions within a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end QA processes across projects within the insurance domain.Communicate and collaborate daily with French‑speaking teams, product owners, and business users.Create and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.Drive quality standards, best practices, and testing methodologies across the team.Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.Ensure requirements quality and clarity through proactive engagement with stakeholders.Identify defects, document findings, and support development teams through resolution.Mentor and support junior QA engineers, take ownership of QA processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.Required Skills & ExperienceFluent French (spoken and written) – absolute must.Proven experience as Senior or Lead QA Engineer.Strong background in the insurance industry (claims, policies, underwriting, or similar business areas).Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC.Experience in both manual and (preferably) automated testing.Hands‑on with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr or equivalents.Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.Nice to HaveExperience building or maintaining automated test suites.Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger).Knowledge of SQL for data validation.Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).Previous experience in a distributed or international environment.We OfferOpportunity to work on key projects in the insurance sector.Direct collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders.Leadership scope and impact on QA strategy.Professional growth and training opportunities.Supportive and international team environment.MedicoverMultisportB2B contract with Experis100% REMOTE WORKE-learning platformGroup insurance
