Senior Linux Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Linux Engineer to design, operate, and support enterprise Linux systems in a production environment. The role involves system administration, automation, security hardening, and operational support, with close collaboration across infrastructure, security, and application teams.The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on Linux experience, a deep understanding of system reliability and security, and the ability to work effectively in business‑critical environments.Responsibilities:Design, build, operate, and support enterprise Linux platforms in on‑premises and cloud environments (GCP, Azure)Ensure system stability, availability, performance, and security across production and non‑production systemsPerform regular patching and hardening of Linux systems and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practicesImplement, maintain, and improve automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutionsSupport BAU / Run operations, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysisParticipate in change management, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activitiesCollaborate with security, network, storage, and application teams to resolve complex technical issuesParticipate in audit and compliance activities, providing required technical documentation and evidenceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, improving reliability and operational efficiencyParticipate in an on‑call rotation to support critical systemsRequired skills:Strong hands‑on experience as a Linux System Administrator / Engineer in enterprise environmentsIn‑depth knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux)Understanding of system hardening and security best practicesExperience supporting mission‑critical production systemsProficiency in automation and configuration management, such as:AnsibleTerraform (or similar IaC tools)Solid scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python, or similar)Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting toolsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong documentation and communication skillsExposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)Nice to have:Experience with clustered or high‑availability solutions (e.g. Pacemaker, Corosync)Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Relevant certifications (e.g. RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA, or equivalent)Our offer:Competitive remuneration on B2B contractOption to activate Medicover and Multisport on preferential termsAccess to Mindgram – mental health & well-being platformFree gym at Q22Personal development – internal online / onsite DevTalksReferral bonus programInternational environment
