Senior Manager of Scrum Masters, Product Owners & Test Architects - Software Solutions

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop agile leadership roles (Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Test Architects)
• Coach agile leadership roles to enable high performing teams
• Via your team, drive implementation of strategic initiatives and improvements
• Collaborate closely with Agile Release Trains and other stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and release excellence
• Ensure that verification and releasing can be executed according to agreed release milestones
• Ensure DevOps practices and capabilities to support development and releasing
• Ensure full transparency into planned and ongoing initiatives
• Drive test competence development across Software Solutions - App
• Drive change management and leadership practices, ensuring teams adapt effectively to evolving business needs
• Promote a culture of engagement, innovation, and openness within Software Solutions Releasing and the broader Software Solutions organization

Our requirements

• You have proven experience in leading agile leaders in a software environment
• You have strong background in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe (additional training will be provided if needed)
• You have proven experience in driving implementation of strategic initiatives and improvements
• You have experience with DevOps, test and releasing practices
• You have prior experience within a regulated industry
• You have demonstrated ability to drive change and lead through complexity
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You have a higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• You are fluent in English for effective collaboration in a global setting

Optional

• You have experience working in a large, international company
• You have understanding of CI/CD and best practices
• You have understanding of test automation
