5+ years of experience in implementing and/or designing parts for mass production, Extensive, hands‑on experience working with steel - including steel components design, material selection, and practical understanding of steel‑related technologies,, Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, Advanced English proficiency, Experience in creating documentation for components/ modules/ products, Strong experience and knowledge in the following areas:, Preparing product documentation and/or process documentation, Deep understanding of steel grades, coating types, and design principles for steel parts using available manufacturing technologies, Advanced proficiency in: Catia V5 and/or NX, Adobe Illustrator, MS Office, MS Teams, TeamCenterSkilled in cross‑functional cooperation, with a strong drive for results, Experience in project management and change management, We value candidates who bring energy, creativity, and a hands‑on, proactive attitude to the team
