We love the atmosphere of a family business with its flat structure and self-organized teams where every opinion matters and influences our way of working Check us out!👇https://holisticon.pl/holisticon-insight/We offer a B2B ContractB2B: 160 – 200 PLN net/hour + VATAbout the roleWe are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join our client’s project in the debt collection industry.You will play a key role in industrializing machine learning solutions, transforming experimental models into scalable, production-grade AI services running across Azure and Databricks environments.In this role, you will work at the intersection of Data Science, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring that ML solutions are reliable, compliant, cost-efficient, and ready for enterprise-scale use across multiple markets.In this role you will:Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines on Azure and Databricks, covering training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.Transition ML models from notebooks and experiments into production-ready services with automated lifecycles.Build and maintain CI/CD (CT/CD) pipelines for ML, including model versioning, retraining, and deployment automation.Manage the ML lifecycle using MLflow, including experiment tracking, model registry, and artifact management.Operate and support existing on-premises ML workloads based on Docker and Kubernetes, while leading their migration to Azure/Databricks.Implement monitoring and observability for data drift, concept drift, and model performance degradation.Act as a technical bridge between Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Platform teams.Enforce software engineering best practices (testing, code quality, reviews) within ML and data science workflows.Support global scalability, security, and compliance requirements across different markets.Advise on cloud cost optimization and best practices for ML and AI solutions.You might be the perfect match if you have:Strong hands-on experience with MLOps on Azure and Databricks.Proven experience with MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS) in production environments.Solid background in Python for production-grade ML systems (APIs, services, libraries).Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins).Good understanding of cloud-native architectures and hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environments.Strong SQL skills and experience working with data-intensive systems.Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers or data scientists.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Location in Poland or another EU country.Nice to have:Experience with Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, or PySpark.Familiarity with data engineering patterns (ETL/ELT, Medallion architecture).Experience with Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar orchestration tools.Experience leading or contributing to platform or cloud migrations.Background in Finance, FS&I, or other regulated industries.By joining Holisticon Insight you will get:Life insuranceMultisport cardFully remote jobPrivate medical careFlexible working hoursAmazing integration events on a regular basisTraining budget (e.g. Microsoft Azure Certifications)Opportunity to impact our company culture build-upWork equipment (laptop, 2 monitors, and accessories)
