Senior Network Engineer (Citrix Netscaler Specialist)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior Network Engineer (Citrix Netscaler Specialist)Location: Warsaw, Łódź or Gdańsk (hybrid work- three times a week in the office)Responsibilities:Lead and support the Micro-Segmentation phase of the Zero Trust projectSplit all services currently using shared SNIPs into dedicated SNIPs (Subnet IPs) to ensure isolated communication between Load Balancers (LB) and backend serversCollaborate with CSIRT and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and logging requirementsImplement and configure solutions on Citrix Netscaler platforms to support micro-segmentationTroubleshoot, optimize, and maintain LB configurations for secure end-to-end connectivityDocument technical solutions, configurations, and operational proceduresWork both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to deliver project milestones Requirements:5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Netscaler (high expertise required)Strong experience in network segmentation and subnet managementDeep understanding of SNIP, VIP, and LB configurationsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environmentVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have:General knowledge of broader networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, etc.) Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
