Summary: This role involves providing senior-level support for the Patch and End-of-Life (EoL) Management of network infrastructure, ensuring the security, stability, and availability of network components within a managed environment.Responsibilities:Technical planning and execution of network updatesPreparation of required activities and creation of change documentationPresentation of planned activities in various Change Advisory Boards (CABs)Implementation and post-review of updatesSupport for team members in complex cases and challenging updatesAssistance with service requests within the network environmentMust Haves:Excellent knowledge of network architectures and technologiesStrong hands-on experience with Cisco, F5, and ADVAExperience with GitLab and AnsibleHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholdersExcellent English skillsNice to Have:Experience in a bank-regulated environmentGerman knowledge - plus
