About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end observability for business-critical applications and platforms
  • Work hands-on with New Relic to create dashboards, configure alerts, develop service views, and generate actionable insights
  • Evaluate system performance, behavior, and reliability, using strong analytical thinking
  • Operate as a senior, self-sufficient engineer, taking ownership of topics from start to finish
  • Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, service owners, and business stakeholders
  • Continuously refine monitoring strategies, reduce alert noise, and improve signal quality, particularly during high-pressure situations and production incidents

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Observability / Monitoring within complex, enterprise environments
  • Hands-on New Relic experience (APM, infrastructure, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting)
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills; ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good business understanding—you know why systems are monitored, not just how
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned areas
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Residing in Poland required

Optional

  • Previous work with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change) and linking observability to operational workflows
  • Background in SRE, DevOps, or production support for high-availability systems
  • Experience working in distributed, international teams and on large-scale platforms
