Senior Organizational Development Specialist (Talent Management & People Analytics) (f/m/d)

Master’s degree in HR, Organization & Management or related field., 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, organizational development, people insights or project coordination., Very good command of English, both spoken and written., Solid analytical skills and confidence working with data, dashboards and reporting (Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)., Experience preparing clear, structured insights that support senior‑level decision‑making., A detail‑oriented, organized approach to managing timelines, documentation and RACI., Understanding of OD concepts (competencies, talent, learning) and curiosity to deepen your expertise., Ability to create clean, well‑structured materials (slides, templates, summaries)., Strong communication skills and ease in working with HRBPs and business stakeholders., A proactive, learning‑agile mindset, ownership and reliability in driving workstreams forward., Precision, problem‑solving orientation and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
