Senior OutSystems Engineer

Be | Shaping the Future Poland has a proven position of being a reliable partner for financial services organisations to analyse complex requirements, find solutions and implement them in their entirety, regardless of their complexity.As an OutSystems Engineer, you will be a key part of the engineering leadership group, working closely with peers in architecture, integration, and platform engineering.The successful candidate will lead a small chapter of OutSystems / full-stack engineers and ensure that web applications are designed and built to the highest standards.You will be responsible for defining and maintaining coding principles and patterns, converting strategy into tangible delivery, and continuously improving working practices within development and technology teams.Responsibilities:Interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, from highly technical software engineers to senior IT leadersConveying technical, architectural, functional, impact, and risk considerations to both technical and non-technical audiencesLeading and supporting technical teams in delivering solutions using OutSystems technology, with .NET and cloud-based services where appropriateOperating across a broad technology landscape, including cloud platforms, relational databases, integration platforms, application containers, web servers, and core infrastructureCollaborating with third-party partners to align on technical roadmapsTechnical Skills:Strong hands-on experience in software design and development using OutSystems (ODC platform); experience with .NET and SQL is an advantageIn-depth experience in web application design, integration leadership, and service-based architecturesKnowledge of cloud platforms, including serverless technologies and PaaS services (certification is a plus)Proven expertise working with RESTful APIs and providing guidance to development teamsSolid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with architectural governance and collaboration with solution and integration architectsKey Skills:Ability to provide thought leadership and guidance on OutSystems best practices and future directionStrong people skills with the ability to coordinate and influence effectivelyProven experience leading, mentoring, and upskilling technical peersConfident and capable facilitator with a credible technical backgroundExperience working with third-party vendors to align on technical strategyBackground in regulated environments and working with multiple stakeholdersOur offer:Competitive remuneration on B2B contractOption to activate Medicover and Multisport on preferential termsAccess to Mindgram – mental health & well-being platformFree gym at Q22Personal development – internal online / onsite DevTalksReferral bonus programInternational environment
